Firm History

Kittrell & Rowan P.C. was formed in September 2001 by Brad Kittrell and Ed Rowan, both natives of Mobile.  Brad and Ed have civil litigation backgrounds, primarily in corporate and insurance defense.  Kittrell & Rowan now represents individuals and small businesses in a Plaintiff’s Practice, focusing on automobile collisions, trucking collisions, workers compensation, workplace accidents, construction accidents, disability claims, ERISA claims, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, and products liability.

We have found that representing individuals allows us to help people, which is why we enjoy coming to work everyday.  We strive to obtain the best result for our clients, through settlement or trial.  We will not compromise our clients’ interests for anyone or for any reason.  We strive to do this, always maintaining the professionalism that is supposed to exist in the practice of law.
